The place is good and just like any other buffet. Has good amount of options. The price is also similar to many other places I’ve been to in Long Island. The only thing is that they’re very pressuring about tips. If you don’t tip, the waiter will literally walk away from your table like a angry pouty child.
The manager was SO RUDE! He said and I quote “You look like an adult, you should know what the word BUFFET means NO!”… She simply asked “can I take my plate to go? I feel sick and can’t even eat 1 bite of food”… she also stated that “ppl in the world are hungry, so why throw the food away, when she can just take her 1 lil plate to go?” The manager stated “I don’t care about hungry ppl/I’m throwing that food away!”… Will never eat here again! && The crab & chicken SUCKED!
The experience you would expect from a typical buffet. Food was tasty, well cooked, and replaced often. Service was good, we were seated quickly, received our drinks, and our used plates were taken away quickly. The waiter waited until we’d moved onto dessert to bring us our bill, and I didn’t feel any pressure to leave a tip like others have said (I did tip)
Would definitely come again when I’m craving buffet food!
Their soda and ice cream is watered down. The food was bland and stale. The staff was inattentive. The waiter basically forced us to tip higher amount. The water was good tho 😉
This was honestly the worst buffet that I’ve been to my entire life. The food was extremely stale. The hibachi option was undercooked and overcooked at the same time. How do you manage to burn one side but not cook the meat through. The food is under seasoned. Ice cream like water and food coloring mixed and the customer service was very bad did not offer me any refills and when I asked him for a refill, they didn’t give me the refill. They said OK and never came back.
