So dont get me wrong on a normal basis I would definitely rate starbucks coffee 5 stars and honestly I rate there employees 5 stars for sure. The thing that I dont understand is how a multi billion dollar company can allow there employees and customers to struggle having to hand brew everyone’s coffee and making people have to wait twice as long to get hand brewed coffee that most the time is cold anyhow. Like seriously? I run a small taxi service and this reminds me of like telling my drivers that hey the cars are broke down so you are going to have to use a manual scooter to go pick everyone up for a phew months. Needless to say great coffee but y dont you dip into those deep pockets of yours and get these people a new coffee maker.
Had to stop here to pick up a much needed coffee. The staffs working was more busy chatting than paying attention to who is waiting.
I go to this starbucks at least 5 times a week. The entire staff is AMAZING!!! I will not go to any other Starbucks in the area due to the exceptional service and kindness I receive here. Thank you for everything you do! You are ALL truly wonderful!!
Most disgusting Starbucks so far, every time I think Starbucks can’t be any worse they surprise me. Cappuccino tasted like diluted hot milk. Its more annoying that they beg for tips now.
Meh, that’s how I feel about Starbucks. Not the employees fault, sometimes no matter what the employee does they can’t change the taste of overpriced, not that great coffee. Would choose Dunkin every single time. I know this isn’t a popular opinion but I am not a fan.
