Kitchen Sink catered our wedding and it was truly spectacular. Friday night was a fried chicken buffet that our guests could not get enough of. Saturday food came in two batches of amazing, but the first round–our picnic dinner–was really to die for. The grill-top veggies and roasted meats were something that our guests talked to us about for weeks following the wedding. It’s hard to call this wedding food, because it was really just an utterly amazing, perfectly designed meal that we got to eat on our most special day. Food aside – the team is also fire. Brian is a master chef and I think Jeff is KS’s master of the house – high energy, and makes you just feel fun and festive and special all of the time. HUGE thanks to KS… thank god you have a restaurant we can come back to again and again.
OH. And my husband has Celiac Disease. Almost everything was the same except for some pita, pie crust and the fried chicken. But he said his fried chicken is the best he’s had. He got to enjoy with everyone else, not be nervous about cross contamination and the guests didn’t have to eat strictly gluten free!
Super high quality food curated from local farms and artisans… this is the Hudson Valley at its finest!
My partner and I just love Kitchen Sink. We’ve been going consistently for over a year and we’ve had unforgettable meals, made real friends, and thoroughly appreciated the special experience KS brings to the community. As local Airbnb hosts we send folks here all the time! Booking a meal here while visiting the area is a must.
Their cocktails wine and pairing menu are also so good and always really well done!
This is the best restaurant in Beacon! The food is always amazing, and I really love their creativity. Every month or so the menu changes and they develop incredible new dishes around a different type of cuisine or theme. Staff is super nice too – vibe is always perfect.
Also, Bree is an incredible bartender. Can’t recommend her cocktails enough!
Been there twice – The Bourdain Tribute Menu and Spring Menu. We truly enjoyed both of the menu, will definitely make a trip to Beacon for their new menu!
The team has lots of love to their food and guests, which is rare in NYC. Also the chef has the talent to cook great food without using fancy techniques or meaningless tricks. His food is top notch, better than many of the so-called Michelin star chefs.
If I can make only one suggestion, they can install a plate warmer system for the hot courses 🙂

I loved every moment with the food. Each course was prepared with lots of attention to presentation and more importantly, the flavor profiles were rich and balanced perfectly with one another. The food was filling, and the packing of the night felt good, perhaps a tad slow.
The staff was very friendly. The main downside is that the space was too loud, and conversation was really hard, the communal tables are small and I felt way too close to the strangers around me. That day the outside space was closed due to weather, I didn’t know if it would be more relaxed on a different day.
