I tried to avoid this location at all costs due to the poor customer service. The poor attitude. The slow orders that take a very long time at any time of day.
I was doing deliveries and they don’t even bother covering the mouthpiece of the drink with protection. That really bothers me because most places put a sticker over the beverage so that the customer receives the drinks without spilling. I don’t know why it just showed me the lack of customer service.
When you see cars wrapped around the drive thru, don’t pull in and think you will beat the line even if you use the kiosk that customers who come in after you refuse to use.. don’t pull in. Just go to the chili’s down the road, the bill will be like 1
20$ more and you’ll have leftovers. #bkmilliondollaridea
It will save you the time of walking g out like I saw atleast 6 customer do while I waited lol
I ordered 2 fish sandwiches and an onion rings at 8:30 pm. Took over 20 minutes to get my order. Floor was all sticky with dried up soda spill that no one took care. The food wasn’t bad, but why is it always a 20+ minute wait at this place? The employees all seem to be working and moving, but everything is chaos and no one seems to be in charge and keeping orders straight.
Service Nose Dived, they will break rolled coins to count exact change for an order yet give you hand fulls of coins as change. Ordered 2 vanilla ice coffees and was asked to pull up. To recieve bitter coffees with 0 flavor.
self order menu sucks, i like my drinks with less ice, and the SelfHelp Menus dont have “less” or “no-ice option.
Waited in drivethru for 5 minutes without it moving, so we decided to go inside. What a mistake. Waited another 20 inside for our food, plus the runner was on their phone, the “cook” couldn’t seem to prepare anything correctly, and the drivethru line got cleared out twice.
Hopefully corporate can come in and clean this location up, or just close it
