Good day! Today is Sunday, March 10th. The dinner crowd was bustling with activity, and there were five employees working diligently. The food was exceptionally delicious and served at an appropriate temperature. The newly introduced fries were particularly delightful.
While waiting inside the restaurant, I noticed that the drive-through consistently had a queue of four cars. As a result, I decided to use the app while in the store. Impressively, my order was ready precisely when the app indicated it would be. However, I must mention that I was not greeted by any staff members, which prompted me to use the app instead.
My chicken was dry.and rubbery it wasn’t great at all…I did bring the food back and asked for fresh..was told sure( no smart remarks) but I waited and waited and then was given my food and it was not hot but warm but more on the cooler warm side.the table I waited at had crumbs.( They were not busy at all) And a women asked for a rag to wipe the table she was waiting at..the floor seemed greasy but was too bad…I used to go to KFC all the time..loved it..now I’m always waiting and seems like I’m more disappointed then not…I always try and give chances due things do come up bad days ..workers called in..things malfunction customers can be a bit much so I always try again..but I’ve given more then a handful of tries..not for nothing maybe you will have better outcome then me and I hope it’s a great experience for ya….
The food wasn’t bad and the service was wonderful, they were quick and nice but the place was disgusting. Every single table was covered in stuff and there were ants all over one of the tables. They were not busy we were one of two people in the place and there were no cars around. We asked the lady to clean off one of the tables witch she did but then didn’t clean off any of the other tables and went back to doing nothing, would not recommend eating inside.
I can’t believe they actually served that dry old chicken I think we must have walked in just as they where at the time limit for having to throw the chicken away but they sold it to us anyway. The absolute worst. An 8 piece, $40 worth of nothing. Employees seemed trapped like they need help to escape their Kentucky fried fate. Never again. I’ll starve first. Took one bite of chicken.
We ordered ahead on the app, arrived after the suggested pickup time, and still waited OVER 35 MINUTES. There were only 2 staff members visible- one taking orders and one cooking. Absolutely unacceptable. Several other customers came and went while we waited with zero communication. I’ll never come here again and would suggest anyone considering it to reconsider.
