Cool little place in Plattsburg to get some good food, and a mini grocery store with some Caribbean/Jamaican products for sale.
They have sugar rolled Tamarind as well as some Jamaican sodas for sale. Definitely worth a stop in. Grab some cool soda, hot sauce, and fresh prepared food while you’re at it.
This is a very traditional food takeout. Food is very authentic and excellent. Good prices. A good sign is the fact they run of food. Old and funky; keeps the cost down. They are so genuine in their manner. It would be difficult to find fault. Generous portions.
This time I had the oxtail. This is the third time I have been here. The other times I have had the jerk chicken. Both meals are to die for. The hospitality is a fantastic home feeling. I will keep going.

needed a bite to eat driving from nyc to montreal and stumbled across this place. holy hell man that was the best oxtail i’ve had in my life!! i will never eat fast food between mtl and nyc again. can’t wait to come back!!
