Arguably the best pizza in the Hudson Valley. Neapolitan and very delicate, yet still having good crisp. Toppings are good to very good, sauce is bright and fresh but it’s missing some flavor. Staff were friendly. The atmosphere feels like a Best Western mixed with a Red Robin. Very bad and generic.

Friends took us here today while on vacation. Loved their Ceasar salad as well as their pizzas, especially the one with truffles on it. We ordered 4 pizzas today. Their pizzas were packed with flavors, had crispy thin crust and just absolutely delicious. Their waiters were also very friendly and attentive. If I get the chance, I would come back again!
We came for the art (to Beacon) but stayed for the Pizza (and everything else) delicious wood fired crispy goodness, a nice airy and open, relaxed setting. People were dressed up, we were more on the causal side after a day of walking and they made us feel very welcome. Nice selection of beer and wine. Super clean, which I noticed and appreciated.
Nice place to visit in beacon to grab some pizza/italian fare. We got the tartufata pizza with the burrata appetizer. Burrata was great and very fresh. The pizza was good but the dough itself felt a little under seasoned/lacked a little salt but overall was pleased with it!
We were looking for a pizza place after leaving Manhattan and moving to the Hudson Valley. We stumbled upon Enoteca Ama, where the warm and welcoming atmosphere truly delighted us. Monica, the host, was friendly and added to the overall positive experience.
Enoteca Ama serves wood-fired pizzas that transport your taste buds straight to Italy. We mentioned to Monica that this pizza reminded us of Europe…. The crust is thin and crispy, just as it should be, and the ingredients are of the highest quality, resulting in flavor-packed slices. In our opinion, it’s the best pizza hands down (in our opinion). We will be back.
Well, we did go back…. On June 2nd.
We enjoyed it so much that we decided to return for a second visit. This time, Monica—who had been so nice to us previously was at another location. But she made sure Latoya, the person handling our reservation, took good care of us. It’s moments like these that exemplify community and exceptional customer service. And Latoya didn’t disappoint! She was great, personable, and friendly.
As always, the pizza at Enoteca Ama was outstanding. We both had exactly the same pizza—our favorite—but we’ve promised ourselves that one of these days, we’ll venture beyond our usual order and try something else from the menu. Thank you for another delightful evening!”
