DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! Can I give zero stars? The staff here are incompetent. One hour and ten minute wait for an order? Their explanation? “We’re short staffed, and we were busy.” Really? Is that why your employees wander around doing nothing, while checking their phones? Didn’t even get my order right and had to drive back to the store. Never again. Even had to finish cooking the pizza and crazy bread at home.
Absolute worst place to get food in Liverpool. I ordered through the app. And was told the food would be in the portal. When I got there, my order was bot ready and they messed it up. The deep dish wasn’t cooked properly and the crazy bread was wadded up like a ball. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple bucks more and order from Domino’s just down the road.
After ordering online and getting an email stating my food was ready, I arrived only to be told it wasn’t ready. 15 minutes later it was finally done. Several other customers were waiting for 10-15 minutes for the same reason. I know they are understaffed but at least acknowledge the issue and let customers know there will be a delay. Pizza however was still good, they are very consistent and still make a decent pizza, cheesy bread was good but wings were rubbery. If you are prepared to wait, you can still enjoy consistent pizza.

I ordered from the app and was expecting to pick my pizzas from the portal. My pizza was not done in the time allowed. When I got to the store there was a sign on the door that said the lobby was closed. Go to the drive through. This is the second time in a row where there were problems with the portal. I will never use the portal again!
I will say right off the bat I do enjoy their food and prices. However, 3 times in a row this has happened, at least today. I did an online order for 2 pizzas at 4:52PM. We go there early and the customer service is not up to par. I waited around 50 minutes for my order. Also, 2 customers that came in that ordered in store after mine, got their order before me. One guy worker was walking around grabbing sodas and food and didn’t even look at me to ask if I needed help. Then later, a female worker eventually asked about my order and told her what it was and it should’ve been way done before that, and another guy worker asked too. I work retail and customer service is very important. Bad times can be remedied with great customer service. I don’t understand how 2 new customers got their order before mine. I wasn’t yelling or being angry at them, just patiently waiting. The food here is good, just be prepared to wait longer than what you should have to to get your order.
