It’s not very often you go to a place and get great service early in the morning but this is not the case here. This is definitely the best Wendy’s I’ve ever personally been to both food quality and freshness wise and service wise. The lady who greets you when you pull up is half the reason Wendy’s is where I get my breakfast. Give Michal the biggest raise.
Very helpful shift manager on Monday night when my mobile order for baked potatoes went awry because their cooker was broken. She comped the fries and frosty, so I returned Tuesday evening and successfully ordered the potatoes. I will continue as a loyal customer.
Drove 20 minutes just to open up my burger which was supposed to be a bacon double stack and I got a single loaded with ketchup and mayo all over the top and bottom bun. These people want more money but can’t even get an order right when it’s not busy. Not coming here for lunch anymore or ever
Drive thru service was fast and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t too busy, but even so, we didn’t expect service to be THAT fast.
Being said, there was a slight mistake in the order which could have been a simple missed word. A bacon doublestack was given to us as a regular doublestack. We caught this quickly and went inside, where they very quickly made a fresh bacon doublestack to correct the order.
Wendy’s food is more filling for us, and (depending on your choices) slightly healthier than McDonald’s. We’re going to be coming here for food much more often.
Nice food was Fresh to order I have no complaints. Some of these other businesses should learn from you guy Treat all customers the same.
