Drive thru orders always messed up whenever I come here lately. Ask for specifics & get it repeated back. Still wrong. Even a couple of weeks ago when I went inside and asked for something specifically I was given the wrong item & when I asked for what I actually order they tried to upcharge lol after arguing I didn’t order the burger with bacon. Chicken nuggets were also stale & hard.
Worst place to work at. They do NOT accommodate for people with disabilities. Staff does not clean their hands and leaves trash laying around. I’ve witnessed multiple employees touch food with their bare hands. Most of the female employees don’t tie their hair back or even speak English. They fired a lot of staff recently because they simply don’t like them. They knowingly made them eligible to file for unemployment. Main reason why the service here is slow! Very shady stuff happening behind closed doors. Please choose carefully where you eat.
Excellent location very spacious and cozy there are lounging areas and staff is so kind the food is yummy and well priced too!
Ordered on the app and was told patties were cooking and asked to pull up and park. Over 20 minutes later I had to call the restaurant and find out where my food was. Was given the lame excuse that ‘his guy’ came out and couldn’t find me. I was parked where he told me, right by the door. I will drive the extra distance to North Lindenhurst from now on. Avoid this location.
Each time I come here somthing is wrong. And they don’t give receipts! Like literally 15 minutes ago. I order a bacon, egg and cheese on a biscuit. Two of them. The woman has me pull up. Waited for 6 minutes just for when I get home it’s 2 sausages on a biscuit??? Like I’m not going all the way back there. But damn each time. And no receipt! Each time ! Idk why
