Southdown is such cute coffee shop with a diverse yet simple menu, which I loved. I tried their seasonal espresso tonic, and I’m a changed woman. So delicious. Their vanilla latte and famous egg sandwich are also delicious. Would definitely …

Got two fairly decent coffees, would definitely come back for the coffee and perhaps a cookie. The food was definitely not great. Undercooked oatmeal with berries, steamed milk and maple syrup was overpriced and very underwhelming. And the sweet potato burrito was tasteless. Not sure what I’m tipping for also, I have to pick up my food and coffee and bring my dishes to a separate counter to empty and place in a container. All the staff were behind the counter having great chats, which is fine, but what service are you getting beyond ordering my food and them making it.

Premium coffees and excellent service. Baristas are happy to help recommend what you would like based on your usual “chain drinks.” Beautiful, bright, natural light floods the little shop in such a nice location especially if you are headed to or from Theatre Three! I had a spicy mocha and also love the iced lavender latte.

We love Southdown. It’s our go to lunch date spot. I literally crave their grilled chicken sandwich on gluten free bread. My husband ordered the pesto avocado grilled cheese every time we go. Maple spice latte is my absolute favorite cup of coffee around.

This is one of my favorite breakfast spots! Food ranges from good to exceptional, but their pastries can be hit or miss. Drinks are consistently good in my opinion, my girlfriend is not a fan of their iced coffee which she thinks can be inconsistent. What keeps us coming back is the famous egg sandwich which is pickled to perfection and oh so yum! I don’t think they have enough tables and maybe would benefit from eliminating one or two of the benches to add 2-3 more tables…like a typical coffee house a lot of people seem to work from there and can linger for hours. Service is great. Parking can be tricky when it’s busy, there is a shared lot but it can fill up quickly.
