Living in WNY for 20 years, finally, an authentic hotpot (by the bowl) is here. The best of it all is these 9 different choices of delicious soup base. The consistency of the flavor is what keeps me going back for more. And a bunch of friendly staff too.
As soon as I seen another Hot Pot placed opened up I was very eager to try this out. It’s not a typical hot pot restaurant where you cook the food yourself, but you can pick what you want inside your dish (meats, seafoods, veggies, etc.). The selection of choices is very good, and the quality is great. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

Enjoyed my first meal with friends at The Q! Look forward to coming back and trying the Hotpot! 😋
And the warm brownie dessert was amazing! 😍
I was expecting just to get a seafood boil but I didn’t expect to get a robot server. A human server took my order but the robot brought my dinner to me.
As for the meal, I got a shrimp, snow crab leg and sausage boil in garlic butter. It was the most flavorful boil I’ve ever had. Sadly, that includes the one I just made a few days ago.
Mud bugs cooked perfectly, need to order one heat level up from normal. The shrimp in the boil was ok.
The sausage bowl was not what I thought it was it was a plate with thin sliced sausage, hard boiled egg, 1/2 ear of corn and a scoop or rice on the side and a bowl of hot sauce.
The calamari was like rubber bands.
Servers are friendly and knowledgeable, but…. Never got a drink refills.
The robot that brings out the food is a bit unnecessary as the server runs over to pull the plates off anyways.
Would I go again yes but not at the top of my list.
