Great first impression. Combination pho and summer rolls were both delicious and ready for pickup in less than 10 minutes. Thankful they wrapped the broth container with a bag because it toppled on my car ride home and spilled a bit but no of the precious liquid was lost! The place is so charming I plan to eat in next time.
The Saigon Burger is a bun-sized version of a Banh Mi, & priced accordingly! Delicious sliced meat w/ fresh veggies atop & some mayo. Pairs well w/ hot tea.
Hands down the best Vietnamese food in the Hudson Valley. Super low key and it feels off the grid, but it is a charm to eat here every time.
I was actually very disappointed. I found the meats to be old and dry. The pictures show bean sprouts and other garnish that was old and decaying. When served at home these items are always fresh and clean. I was disappointed. This place has 4.9 stars…maybe an off day
I’m learning each location has a unique perspective on their on recipe. I do not like sweet pho !
Cute little restaurant on a side street just off Raymond ave. It was walking distance from The Loeb museum at Vassar College. We enjoyed these shrimp rolls with peanut sauce and I had a bowl of Seafood Pho. Portion was great, enjoyed it for 2 addional meals! I washed my meal down with a yummy Banana smoothie. Staff was friendly and attentive.
