Been going to this Dunkin for many years now (practically every single day at a certain year). HATE the manager lady that works there. She is never of any use or take side with a customer. She had also been super unnecessarily bossy to her Co-workers where I had witnessed countless arguments even while customers are there. Aside from her, they have made many mistakes in orders even when it’s not busy AT ALL and staffs are very rude. It’s weird that the new staff members are kinda nice at first but after working there a while, it doesn’t take them too long to turn sour. Wish there was a different dunkin nearby my house but this pathetic place is it.
A few blocks from my workplace, I stop by 3-5 times per week. Great service, Friendly staff, comfortable and cleaning seating area.
I originally gave this place 4 stars but months later I had to give it 1 star.
The service got really nasty with bad attitudes. The coffee is always burnt and tastes horrible. I keep going here because it is close to home but every time I hope for the best, it comes out nasty. One morning the guy working there put a tray on top of an open garbage bin and was stacking the eggs to be cooked. I complained then I ended up with nasty latte.
Also there supplies mostly donuts run low so they get sold out on certain things really fast.
It is usually clean for the most part.
Such a big brand and the managers leave the store dirty and feels unwelcoming
Terrible service feels like they just give you whatever they feel like giving you. No standard with the drinks.
