I absolutely love this coffee shop. In my opinion they are better than IHOP. The food is always freshly cooked and very tasty. I would recommend the Belgian waffle deluxe and the omelettes. Also, the vanilla cappuccino is amazingggg! I’ve been there to eat for about 6 times and they have never disappointed me.
This place was very good the food was very good and also the waiters were very nice and because of this I like this place I would honestly really recommend the Belgium waffles and the american cheese omelette it was pretty good
My family and I always order from the here it’s usually a hit or miss but it today was the final straw I ordered a plain waffle and food for my family we spend 60 dollars and when I the first bit often waffle it tasted chared when I flipped it over this is what I saw when I called Tell them what happened the girl who answered the phone said “I don’t know what to tell you”maybe it’s because I don’t speak Spanish they were so dismissive! When I said I would back to them to show it to them the “cook/person in charge” offered to send me a new one never ever again!
I order from this place a lot. But today was the first time I was disappointed in my meal. Order grits, orange juice and bacon and egg on a roll on line like I normally do. The roll I don’t know if was old or they toasted too much but it was so hard I couldn’t eat.
Customer service is not about customers.. The quality of the food was terrible.. dried out sausage & overcooked pancakes (Burned) not too mention eggs..what a disgrace! I threw it out!
Get rid of the staff who only have dollar signs on their mind!
