I ordered tacos with EXTRA cheese and NO lettuce. Yet there’s somehow less cheese than a normal taco and traces of lettuce in each one. Typically I would chop this up to a busy day, since I’ve waited in line here for over 30mins before, but today there was nobody in line except me. I can honestly say I will never be coming back to this Taco Bell, after everything I’ve witnessed there my four years in Plattsburgh, it needs to be shut down.
No seasoned rice on my beefy five layer burritos. We also wait an hour for our food. we also ordered a cheese quesadilla they put spicy queso sauce on it. Least week I ordered nacho fries and did not get my nacho cheese dip. if I could give them zero stars, that’s what it would be Will never go back there again
Go to a sit-down restaurant, you’ll get your food faster and it will be way better quality. Waited 30 minutes for an order full of errors. Additionally, their app is super buggy and often won’t let orders be placed. DON’T GO HERE.
This may be the slowest taco bell I have ever experienced as I sit stick in the drive through as it takes them no less than 20 minutes to do each order. There were 5 cars in the line and it’s been an hour and there are still 3 cars in front of me. This is beyond wild in any circumstances
You will wait an hour in the drive thru. Don’t get in line because once you do, you can get stuck as there’s a barrier on both sides of drive thru line. Not only that you wait an hour for them to mess up your food order. This Taco Bell is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Don’t give them your business until they get new management that actually prioritizes “FAST” food.
