i recently went to the mcdonalds at 605 Bedford road and the food was ok but the experience was horrible the place is always packed and the noise is too much every time i go there people are yelling and making so much noise you cant enjoy your meal in peace but the worst part is the staff i have complained so many times but nothing ever gets fixed the tables are dirty and the restrooms are nasty the manager is useless just there to collect a paycheck and dont even get me started on james this guy is the worst he does nothing but stand around and act like hes too good to do his job last time i went it was 330 am after a long shift and the place was a disaster people dropping food and trash everywhere and no one cleaned it up i talked to james and he just ignored me like he didnt even care cowards
if they dont fix this place soon something bad is gonna happen no one can live with this people dont want to come here because the management is so bad especially james if they dont handle it im gonna handle it the street way because this has gone too far if i could i would give this place a zero because of him
Subject: Feedback Regarding Recent McDonald’s Visit
During my recent visit to McDonald’s, I encountered some disappointing issues with my order. I purchased two Happy Meals through the drive-thru for my kids, each of which was supposed to include 4 chicken nuggets. However, one of the Happy Meals was missing all of its nuggets. Additionally, I separately ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal, but upon checking my order, only 4 nuggets were included instead of the full 10 pieces.
Moreover, I requested a Latte with my order, but the restaurant did not have it available and substituted it with iced coffee. Unfortunately, I had already driven away and couldn’t return immediately. Despite attempting to call the restaurant multiple times, their phone line seemed to be out of service.
I hope this feedback helps improve the service quality at McDonald’s for future customers.Thank you,
Only went to drive through but quick and correct service. Ice tea was brewed correctly and not watered down. Easy to hear and understand clerk. There are a couple of picnic benches to eat under the trees on the grounds. The garbage could be emptied otherwise adequate drive thru experience.
I never thought I would say this in my life. But McDonalds is way too expensive for what you receive. I just bought a Double Quarter-pounder with cheese meal and a ten piece chicken nuggets and it was $20. The problem I have is the drink used to be significantly bigger, now you receive medium cup of soda or tea compared to the large cup you used to receive and everything else has shrunk. What a waste of money.
Ran out of lunch time, drove through for ala carte chicken sandwich (said on the drive up sign) … they had no idea what I was asking. Even though I also used Spanish to say I only wanted #1 meal (for passenger) and only chicken sandwich… I had to go to the pay window the woman had no idea what ala carte meant…s again I explained the order face to face..I got to where I could eat my sandwich. It was a burger not the chicken sandwich I hoped for… 😫
