Came in on a Sunday at 6 p.m. Many of the meat options were empty and none of the vegetables and vegetarian options were available. Beyond that the entire dining room was dirty. Trashes were full. 2 of the 4 drink options were out and there were no napkins. When I ask the girl behind the counter for some, she gave me tri-fold paper towels and apologized that there were no regular napkins. I use to like this place a lot. Won’t be returning anytime soon. Seems like management doesn’t care.
I could not understand what the server was asking as he was very soft spoken. I apologized and asked him to please repeat that. (I’m not hard of hearing by any means). He became short and yelled ‘do you want any of THESE?’ I was given the rice I did not ask for- not a big deal, but not what I preferred. There were a handful of employees standing around and NOT ONE table was free from food and garbage. We used our bags as placements – they did not provide a tray and did not ask us if it was for there or to go. We were never informed of the extra charges for some toppings etc. The bathroom had no soap available and I had to wash with hand sanitizer! How do the employees properly wash their hands after using the bathroom?!? Nearly $50 for two people and the food was less than expected and the facility was FILTHY!
This has to be the laziest, most inept fast food restaurant (the bar isn’t very high) in history, they know it, and they don’t care. They will be out of at least three items you want, most of which just involve them cutting something up. The portions are the size of a baby meal. They must hire only degenerates to work here, there’s no other way to explain how it can be so bad. If you’re never gonna stock the food or give people a reasonable portion, just close the place.
I found 2 pieces of steak in my queso along with random corn pieces in my bowl. As a vegetarian I found this to be just disgusting and they really need to be more careful when scooping things up. I have also found chicken in my bowls before and again they just don’t care.
Over $15 for a microscopic burrito. Insane anyone would come back. TACO BELL gives you bigger burritos for $2.
