Bumped up one star since my previous review several months back.

I stopped by this evening to pick up fried rice take out and it was cooked to perfection. Huge slices of beef over fresh rice always put a smile on your face. People do not realize in Chinese cooking how important fresh rice is.

I have to believe they’re starting to get back to pre-pandemic routine and the food reflect so.

Keep up the excellent work and who knows, next time may be a five star review.

Update: July 2022. Tried and true HK style fare. I think my family and I have tried practically most of the menu. Baked pork chop with tomato sauce and egg fried rice is so good. My kids love their toasted egg sandwiches and macaroni soup with Spam and fried egg. I love their Cafe drink menu. From iced to hot, plenty of choices.

2019-2021, This is one of my favorite Hong Kong style cafes in my hood. Consistent with their food and pretty quick regardless take out or dine in. Daily specials featured all day, just check the wall by the counter. Fresh breads offered for sale as well, made by another local bakery. Or try their condensed milk toast or my personal favorite, the peanut butter French toast. Favorite dishes: spaghetti with meat sauce, mei fun, fish over rice, and Portuguese Chicken.

The staff here were very friendly and the service was quick; they were very considerate with the fact that I was in a rush and the transaction went smoothly and quickly. Please keep in mind that this is a CASH ONLY restaurant like many HK style cafes are back in the days. They have condiments on the side for you to add to your liking and they even carry sriracha, which had recently went up in price! The food were all quite tasty and reasonably priced, so it was an amazing surprise that I found this place! If you’re craving HK style foods, this is definitely the place to go for affordable and delicious HK dishes!

Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

2024.03 Hk style small place not ideal for sit in. with parking in the back. Most food I ordered from kitchen are good. Tofu with fish and satay beef udon are not. Not fried tofu and not too much satay. Curry is great, Hk milk tea is also good. I will say cp value is high.

baked pork chop spaghetti and beef wide noodle are great, stay away from the breakfast tho, breads aren’t that fresh either, but it’s the only place i’ve seen that does as many HK style foods like them
