Me and my boyfriend decided to try this cafe 2 weeks ago, and we were not disappointed. The owners make you feel like home, they’re the sweetest. It’s such a cozy place. The coffee is the BEST. COFFEE. EVER. They have a variety of delicious HOMEMADE desserts everyday. Their burek (filled pastry with either beef, cheese or spinach) is to die for. I tried it for the first time here and it’s so yummy! *chef kiss* 😮💨🤌🏼 we love this place and would recommend everything they offer. My boyfriend lives in the area and has become a regular!
Pleasant cafe is amazing!!! The best Macchiato!!! The best Burek… It’s Dukagjini!!!! A must try in the Steinway/Ditmars area. This a gem in our neighborhood. Such a cute spot to hang out for coffee or later in the evening for drinks. The decor is very chic and well put together. Go and check it out!!
I was just looking for some caffeine in my neighborhood and saw this charming small cafe. Walking in to the smell of sweets and coffee alongside good vibes from the friendly staff. They have a full bar for late night intimacy. I will be returning very soon!
The best baklava I’ve had in Astoria which is saying something with all the Greek places around. The talumba is also a must try! So delicious and unique. Also get a slice of the burek, you won’t regret it. Everything is baked by the owner with her family’s recipes. Her husband is also extremely helpful and so nice. The vibes were amazing here and will definitely be a go-to spot. I can’t wait to come back at night for the bar and live music and other events.
The owners of this establishment are a light in this world. I absolutely LOVE this place not just because of their amazing coffee & homemade desserts, but the customer service is A1. My favorite items were the mocha layer, tulumba & baklava. The tulumba was a gift from the owner & I can’t believe how much was taste buds were blessed! I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in New York.
