5 Reviews on “Starbucks”
Found a new Starbucks. Two days old. Pure, lacking of sin, untainted.
As soon as you walk in, that new smell hits. Like being taken to Payless by your mom and forced to try on shoes because there is a BOGO sale, but you love your cream colored crocs.
Even the employees look crisp, full of vim and vigor.
During my short stay, I witnessed a pioneer kickstart the tainting.
A small human, still in a stroller flailing its substandard, motor defficient appendages.
Its lack of hand-to-mouth coordination sprayed cheerios in the vicinity of its breathing hole.
The bulk pouring under the wheels of its handlers push cart. Milled into the virgin concrete floor.
My venti iced skinny hazelnut macchiato, sugar free syrup, extra shot, light ice, no whip was pretty good.
Not a pleasant experience, better off ordering thru the app I guess…
1) I order two lattes at the counter and scanned my starbucks card on the app and ask to redeem a COUPON that I had (won at the game), the employee said I was all set, only to find out later she Redeemed MY POINTS. Very frustrating, especially I was planning to exchange them for a mug, but I guess no more.
2) When asked for sugar for a grande size coffee, reply “one is enough?” don’t seem very customer oriented how about “how many instead?”
3) Apparently you have to beg for a mixing stick as well, or it’s just not obvious that you need something to mix your sugar? Or they prefer you to use a finger??!!
4) When I asked for the bathroom the employee pointed in its direction and…I guess I needed to use the third eye to find out the passcode, or just walk through the wall.
All these little things make experience unpleasant. The employees should be trained better and maybe Starbucks should put the straws, and sticks, and sugars back at the table where everyone can access it, the covid os over, for god’s sake….
P.S. Drinks tasted fine; tables weren’t cleaned.
The cashier’s attitude was awful. I was kinda hoping she’d give me some recommendations for the holiday special coffee, but she didn’t say a word. So, I asked for a medium Chestnut Praline Latte with whipped cream, but what do I get? A large latte, no whip. Like, what gives? Is this some sort of racial discrimination thing or what? Yeah, I’m not coming back here again!
This café offers an exceptional experience by maintaining a calm morning atmosphere without playing music at a high volume. This detail allows customers to enjoy their coffee and conversations comfortably, creating a relaxed space conducive to concentration or quiet chats. In addition, the staff is friendly, and the coffee stands out for its quality, making this place an ideal choice for those looking to start their day peacefully and savor a delicious cup of coffee. ☕️
Loved the fact that the staff at the front desk made me a Lavender Oat milk latte at closing time
Shows the caring value
Thank you 😁
