It was my first time in this location and it came in pretty handy! I was craving a dragon fruit lemonade drink so I ordered 3 grande size with extra dragon fruit. The service was good and since the cashier didn’t pay attention to when I asked for all 3 drinks to have extra dragonfruit I had to ask the server. They also were selling very cute change wallet that I had to get!
If I could give zero stars, I would worst customer service ever. not only was I assaulted verbally by one of the baristas, but they have a nasty attitude and they have no manager at the store right now. I don’t know if this white man or whatever he is is racist but they need to get him out.
Brandon is so welcoming and makes us feel at home when we come by everyday and Brian is always attentive and gives the best service even when the line is long. These guys go above and beyond to make this Starbucks our fav pick me up daily caffeine stop!
It took them 20 minutes to make 2 drinks. I ordered 5 minutes on the app so that I could quickly grab and go but ended up waiting 15 minutes in the store for them to finish making my drinks. I was a bit in a rush so this was very annoying. Also it was very confusing because there were only like 3 people on the line so I am not sure what was taking them so long.
Not the best Starbuck I’ve been to. They have messed up 60% of my drinks I’ve order. Missing key ingredients or under gave. Like I ordered a extra crunch and they gave me less than a regular serving their reasoning was because they were running low on the crunch bits. But there was enough for my extra in the bottle and for 1 more serving. I asked for two pumps of Caramel in my cold brew and got none. Once, they forgot my toppings all together. They will ignore you completely even if there is one person in line and all you need is a straw. I’ve never seen a Starbucks that has made so many mistakes and be so rude about it. It just feels just really moody in here everytime I come in. They must be so stressed.
