Service is great- very nice staff. Nice patio in the back too. I forgot my credit card there and they sent it to me by UPS! Really great service.

The food is good. Not the best Greek I’ve had but it was a nice experience. The baklava was good, everything was okay. Those 3 food dishes were $25 each on Thanksgiving. Probably $17 of value each, so a bit pricey. Nice place for a coffee and a nice dessert cake slice.

Beautful, expansive space. Good food, great service, lots of interesting spaces. The back garden is outstanding and they opened it just for us. We loved it.

We came for the desserts, the reknowned sister bakery on site is famous for them. The resteraunt doesn’t seem to have taken off, it should be full of Greeks ;c). Perhaps it needs some tweaks.

The high end Greek salads in the area come dressed and have as many or more non-lettuce items as lettuce (mostly tomatoes but lots of feta and olives, etc). The salad here has a chunk of feta but only a couple olives… It does not come dressed but has RW vinegar and olive oil on the table. I can’t make an emulsion at the table.

The haloumi was good, warm not hot, but small

The Gyro plate was good, they made sure and gave me plenty of lamb as requested but ground??? and unseasoned???? A valiant effort.

I should have saved a little lettuce and tomato from the side salad (which actually seemed more balanced than the entree salad) for the sandwich. The fries were fresh potatoes but could have been a little more done. (Maybe ask for crispy)

The desserts were the best things.
Loukoumades were great but not excellent, they needed a bit more flavor.

I ordered a mouse cake. They brought the wrong one (almost the same) but it was very good.

Beautiful space, great expansion of the business but needs a more experienced chef and attention to detail to make it competitive in Astoria.
