The food is pretty much what you expect from Burger King. The interior here is very nicely decorated, but looking around the tables were all dirty (they all had sesame seeds or puddles of ketchup somewhere) and the floor was sticky in several spots. The food also seems to take a lot longer than you’d expect, like they’re under staffed or something.
This is one of our worst experiences at any Burger King ever. Location:Oswego Rd in Liverpool NY. We ordered 2 Whopper Meals and buns were stale, toppings were messy in wrapper and not on the burger itself and sandwiches were cold like they’d been sitting a longtime. Fries were hot and fresh. Very disappointed in our experience.
When I pulled up to the window the person taking the orders for the cars behind me was visibly impatient & waving her hand around as if to say, hurry up!!! When another worker came to the window to get my payment, I asked for a regular lid for my milkshake because I had neglected to ask for one when I ordered (I didn’t want it to spill in my car). She shut the window & turned to the first worker & said something about my asking for a different lid. The first worker grabbed the shake & said, “I’ll do it”! All behaviors were unpleasant & lacked any professional customer service. I don’t think I’ll be a customer there anymore!
Went to order my food today, Jasmine thought it was hilarious when I was ordering my food and kept interrupting me, maybe because of my accent? I had to ask for the manager in order for me to proceed with my order and he did great taking my order. I think employees forget that the reason they have a Job is because of us customers yet, they treat us so rude.
The employees on Wednesday at 7:30 pm are very rude, I don’t know how they are in customer service, on 07/10/2024 I ordered a pickup order through the doordash app, it was raining very hard so what happened because of the drive tru, and the stupid people practically spoke badly to me and forced me to get wet to enter the store to pick up my order. It was very outrageous and detestable.😒😒😒😒😒😒
