After not visiting this location after almost 10 years, I was a little shocked when I saw the menu prices but we were here and there was no point in holding back. We ordered everything we wanted and I was pleasantly reminded of why Diwan IS the best Indian Restaurant on Long Island. The cocktails were deliciously potent and the food was truly a pleasure for the taste buds.

The food is absolutely delicious. I love their cocktails too, especially Lychee Martini and Spice-up and Cadillac Margaritas.
The service is also excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they’re always happy to make recommendations.
And as no Indian meal would be complete without dessert, the mango ice cream is a must-try. It’s creamy, flavorful, and the perfect way to end a delicious meal.
Great food and experience. We ordered an appetizer to share and also split a butter chicken curry and order of garlic naan. Our appetizer was phenomenal, the curry was amazing, but the naan was a little too thin and crispy at the ends. I would definitely recommend Diwan to friends and family and we hope to come back soon.
portions were a bit small. flavors were on the lighter side. 3% fee for credit cards. parking lot available
After seeing this restaurant on Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares, I knew I had to make the drive out to Diwan and the food definitely didn’t disappoint. Hands down one of the best Indian food I’ve had in a really long time, however, for the price the portions were smaller than average and their mix cocktails wasn’t the best. Despite their beautifully decorated first floor, they seated everyone on the second floor which wasn’t as nice. Also, the woman’s bathroom on the second floor needed some serious cleaning and upgrading. Two stalls didn’t work and the smell was absolutely horrendous. As seen in the photos, the bathroom was just visible dirty and there were questionable stains everywhere.
