Absolutely one of the best taco places in NYC. Many people are sadly missing out on this spot because it’s in Astoria. Amazing tacos for $2.50 each is a steal. I live in Brooklyn but I travel out here to get tacos at least once a month. Employees are very friendly and food is also amazing.
If they bleached the entire store, clean clean clean everything, change the hood and remove the grease from the floor, they have great potential to literally double their earnings as their food is good!! Owner should take responsibility, believe in his own business and take good care of the restaurant by getting deep cleaning of everything. The floors are literally slippery because of the boiling of the meats all day! Which is great for the flavor of the food but the restaurant feels greasy and dirty. Thats the only downside. The food is good.
The food here is AMAZING. Have been coming here for years and recommend this to everyone I know and no one has ever been disappointed. I saw a comment about the restaurant being cleaner or fixed up— they recently remodeled and it looks great.
This place is a favorite and will continue to be one. 10/10 you should try it
Great food for a good price, they even offer horchata to drink (you have to try it, huge recommendation). The Service was nice and the place very clean.

the steak tacos and burritos are amazing. love the green sauce that has a kick of spicy. best sauce in the city!
they didn’t have queso and chips, nor nacho jalapeno
the place is solid to eat inside. parking is easy and free, right on the street of it if after 7 pm
