David was super helpful and I’m glad these guys are in town!

Got to try out a couple of the meals courtesy of Dave Varela, an employee. He was able to, thanks to the whole brand, share some meals with the team over at Nassau Community College. Not one bad review from all players or coaches. I myself had the pleasure of trying some and it was delicious, easy to make, and insane macros. Can’t wait to sign up and become a member!
My experience at Redefine was 5/5, I recently started my weight loss journey and redefine has been able to facilitate keeping to a calorie count diet and not having to worry about preparing my lunches for work. As a Nurse I’m constantly on the run and work long hours. Service was top notch, David was excellent in explaining what meals would best suit my on the run life style (I had a lot of questions), recommended a couple of my new go too’s (Hibachi bowl, and bang bang chicken bowls) new favs!! He was very personable and incredibly patient. Meals are fairly priced and can be purchased in package bundles that work for you’re week ( so convenient ) If you’re on the fence about purchasing the meals run don’t walk there you won’t be sorry as a third time return customer I couldn’t be happier.
This food is the best meal preps you’ll ever find!! So many to choose from and all 10/10 joe was so helpful and so friendly!
