This is authentic Jamaican food. Expect a long wait time for great quality food!!
Dumplins were perfectly crispy and a delicious compliment to the callalloo and salt fish I ordered. The hominy corn porridge was just like yaad. 10/10 going back
Came here for late breakfast on way to Appts. Callaloo, balmy, fried dumpling, fries cod, fried whiting.
Good good, Clean and fast service.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant through Uber Eats due to constant errors. I ordered a whiting combo, but the meal arrived with no fork provided, which made it difficult to eat. Additionally, the fish smelled spoiled, indicating poor quality or improper storage. Overall, the consistent errors in service and food quality left me unsatisfied with my
experience.
Good food fast service 👌
My son who lives in Seattle, Washington was visiting Bronx. On May 10, 11:30 pm, he purchased $98.00 worth of jamaican food, including a Large Easter Bun, he was charged $40 for the bun..( Easter was already over), he dosent get JA food or products in, Seattle, Washington State.
He was not given the Easter bun in his bags, it was missing! The next day we called the store, spoke to a cashier who verified the purchase with ‘Tony’ in the background. We were told to come by for the missing Easter Bun, when we stopped by shop later that day, we were given a SMALL Easter Bun & Tony was NOT around in the store.
Very disappointed as my son was charged $40 for the LARGE bun night of May 10, 2024 & didn’t get what he paid for. Very disappointed with service, no one seemed to care about the surprising high cost $40 of the Easter Bun he was charged that night, worse he ended up receiving a small bun from Cashier same size selling for $14.99 at Stop & Shop Supermarket in Coop city, Bronx.
Disappointed!!
