Everytime I place a mobile order, it always takes 20-30 minutes. I went in to pick up my order after 15 mins to see my food was ready but not my drinks. They have 3-5 people working the drive thru, and one person up front who is consistently getting slammed with customers with no help. It took another 15 mins for my drinks to come out when my food was done 25 mins ago.
I ordered a vanilla creme, 2 strawberry frosted with spinkles, 2 vanilla frosted with spinkles, and 1 surprise me and then I get this milk watered down half empty drink ? And then they don’t pick up when I called well over a dozen times seriously? Spent 24 dollars for the whole delivery and I get jipped
I ordered through the app for in-store pick up this past Thursday morning. Between the mobile orders rolling in, the drive-thru line, the walk-in orders, AND the delivery truck, it was BUSY. Staff was helpful, working hard, and handling it. They were doing great. My coffees took a few minutes, but that was fine because I could see it was clearly busy and the staff was working hard to keep up. Thanks for all your hard work!!
The coffee is always great and so are the people working the drive thru. Wish they would stay open so I could get coffee after my shift at mid night but I’ll survive.
If you are in a hurry go inside instead of the drive thru. Staff is great but customers not so much. Parking lot is pure hecticness.
