Wonderful greeting on the way in…Very Welcoming! Waitress had a smile the whole time…Fresh Salad Bar…Steak dinner was delicious…Only wish it was cooked little bit more…Little less fat…Great portions on the appetizer…Outdoor music…Beautiful view of Plattsburgh…My friend & I really enjoyed ourselves! 💜💜💜
Great food. The servers were very friendly. Recently under new ownership. Trivia on Thursdays is really fun! All the food I’ve had there has been a spectacular.
Visited this bar during the total solar eclipse. Had a great experience. The bartender was very friendly and the food and drinks were delicious. I ate inside, but I also saw that there was an outdoor seating area that overlooked the river. Would definitely stop in again if I pass through town.
What can I say, I am absolutely blown away by the kindness of our waitress and the food was delicious. Our family of three have been meaning to try this place out for a while now and decided to go there last night. We were kindly greeted, seated and placed our orders. It was only after ordering our food and sitting there for a few minutes that we realized that we arrived 10 minutes before closing. We had not detected any hesitation or frustration from the staff and our only clue was that after looking around we seemed to be the only customers there. We felt absolutely terrible and mortified. When our waitress brought out our food we apologized and said she could bring us go-to containers so we could leave and she firmly said “no, you can absolutely sit here and enjoy your meal”. She was so sweet and insisted we stay and relax. She even asked if we were interested in dessert at the end if the meal. Not one ounce of hurrying us along or acting like we were bothering her. AND the food was delicious! We will definitely be going back and will make sure it will be WELL before closing time. Kudos to Busters!
My name is Larry, I have a mental health condition called Asperger’s syndrome, which makes it very hard for me to interact and socialize with people, because I am deathly afraid of saying the wrong thing and alienating people. But the folks that work at Buster’s took the time to understand me and now I feel like they genuinely enjoy my company, even the young owner Jeannette is a saint in my opinion for employing the types of people that she does. Even a lot of the patrons that go there for a cold libation and delicious food are very friendly! I truly feel like I have a 2nd home with Buster’s and now I cannot shut up about how awesome the place is!
