This is a very pleasant Dunkin’. I am pleased with the service provided as well as the updated atmosphere mashed with a rustic decor.
I’ve experienced some bad service this morning from Luria. After my bad experience I had my drink and she was nasty and rude to everyone else that came in after me and she also refused to give customers their receipts when they asked.
Bad service, took 30 minutes – a half hour – to get a donut and avocado toast. And guess what? After waiting for half an hour, I got empty bread instead! Very, very slow. Stay away from this place. And I’m not sure what’s up with the employees – they all sound so angry. Just try to make them smile; you will never succeed. They will treat you like a piece of…
This place is not for walk-in only for drive through. They prioritize Drive through customers only. If you walk in expect to wait for your food at least 30 min to an hour.
I always get my orders in the morning because the morning is most like like to be nice and get my orders pretty good, I regularly order iced coffee with caramel or caramel lattes, I ordered a caramel latte with extra caramel in the afternoon a few days ago and it did not taste good at all, plus the lady took over 10 minutes while the other one was on the phone. I like this place a lot and if you ask me if it is a good place to go for breakfast I would say yes but I don’t recommend this store for afternoons.
