Clean McDonald’s with helpful staff although their drive through seems super busy and causes in store orders to be a bit slow at least mines was but no big deal food was good place is clean and staff helpful
McDonald’s has gone all kiosk. That would be OK, except the kiosk is rigged for the most expensive choices. I’m sure some bright young thing proposed this at a Marketing meeting, and given that most of their customers aren’t so good at setting long term financial goals, or have just given up, it works, for now.
A shame because the quality is better than BK or Wendy’s, particularly the iconic Fries. You can put together an adequate $6 lunch, but you have to queue for the occasional cashier, and be very precise about your order.
They messed up our order and insisted we pay for the mess up. We had a total of 11 people ordering and spent over $120 before they made us pay for their mistake. The guy who first talked with us just started yelling and being nasty to me the moment I walked up there. I understand it was frustrating that he messed up our order, but there was no need to yell or to be disrespectful to me, when I was being kind, smiling, and just explaining the situation.
They used to be good… Then they hired some new employees and they have SUCH an attitude. On my order I specified that I wanted four honey mustard sauce packets, it was even on my receipt. But the employee wouldn’t give it to me saying I didn’t pay for it and said it with a snarky attitude. The manager got the sauces for me no issue. It’s a shame because prior to that employee, this Mcdonalds had the best team of workers.
This place is run by teenagers and they do an exceptionally good job for what seems like no management so good job to them
