5 Reviews on “Noor Biryani Indian Grill”
This place is so adorable and welcoming. Sanjana is such a sweetheart and cares about your experience. She welcomes you like family! We ordered the garlic naan, gobi manchurian and chicken tikka masala. Portions were generous and the garlic naan was the best we’ve ever had! It was very fresh with a gentle crunch….0o0 everything was so good! We will definitely be back! Do yourself a favor and go visit this place and enjoy!!! Thanks for a great evening:)
Authentic indian restaurant with unique flavors. I do not remember eating authentic Paneer Butter Masala anywhere in USA, but finally found a place which I can rely on. All the dishes we tried were tasty, fresh. My kids loved Chilly Chicken and Gobi Manchurian. Goat biryani was great too. I will highly recommend visit this place.
Delicious food, and we loved the option to add veg to our dish. Warm and friendly service.
I must highlight the owners are very nice people. We were late but the owners were very accommodating and waited for us till the end. The food and tea were great. One of our friend was not well, the owners did all they can to make sure that our friend was taken proper care off. I truly appreciate the care they had for us. I highly recommend the place. Make sure you try out the place.
The restaurant turned 1 year old yesterday. I’m glad I found a restaurant 20 mins away that serves good food. The surprising dish in the menu I saw was Egg bhonda & cut mirchi which are street stall items in South india.
Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Nothing amusing, just a regular restaurant. A lot can be done to make it look more authentic down to the root Indian location. Plenty of seating area, however small, yet quaint.
Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The service is top notch. The Punjabi lady who is the co-owner has lovely etiquettes and a welcoming smile. Food was serviced at a timely manner without anything missing in my order. When I asked if I can take a few pictures and videos of the restaurant the lady happily allowed.
Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Chicken dum biryani and goat dum biryani are pretty on spot. Tasted just like Hyderabadi dum biryani which was served with onions, pickles, boiled egg, raita, & garnish, however Mirchi Ka salan was missing. Although delicious, butter chicken was a bit on the sweeter side. Chicken 65 was good, but a lot of components were missing such as the semi thick gravy which includes curry leaves, ginger & garlic, and chips of onions and the chicken could have been crispier. Naan was not doughy and was tasty. I couldn’t wait to eat the Cut mirchi and Egg bhonda. I was a bit disappointed to be honest, the items were tasty, however lacked the amount of masala seasoning enough on them and the green chutney was extremely salty, I had to eat them by dipping it in raita which did the job. I would love to see some red chutney with these 2 items.
Suggestions to the owner:
1. Do not cute the Mirchi bhaji – it takes away the authenticity of the dish. Back in India as we know they are served whole on the street.
2. Use whole eggs in egg bhonda and add more masala seasoning.
3. Add a whole boiled egg by cutting them in half for the biryani and serve with Mirchi Ka salan and Raita.
4.5⭐
I will be back to dine and see for changes and do a 5⭐ review.
