I never goes wrong when it comes to chapli kebab. Most favorite among all type of kebabs. It’s somewhat difficult to find it as you go south. So, I had to try it. Very reasonably priced. Three big Patties, plentiful rice, side salad and sauces all for about 15 bucks. Taste was as I had expected. Very well seasoned and moderately spicy. Overall, I’ll return it in the area.

Decent place for Afghan food. There was a lot of seating and everything was clean. The food itself was decent. The potato bolani,
was quite good, as was the mixed grill platter. Make sure to get the Kashmiri chai, it’s the best way to top the food off.

I thought the food was delicious as was the chai and mango Lassi. The waitress was also kind. The only thing amiss is that it’s very dark inside and they don’t play any music–which makes it feel tense and awkward. It’s hard to feel relaxed and want to have a private conversation with the person or people you’re dining with when it’s eerily silent and everyone can hear you speak and chew. They need to lighten the place up and perhaps play some contemporary music or traditional Afghan music.

This place is A+. I’m shocked this place doesn’t have a higher rating but when I read the comments, it’s only bc of the lighting, which makes almost zero impact on how i choose restaurants. What this place does well is make excellent food, large portions and it’s extremely affordable considering how expensive food cost are today. Oh and the staff are extremely humble and kind, which is becoming rare at restaurants today. Highly recommend, can’t say enough great things and I’ll be coming back

Unfortunately this place is is consistently providing mediocre portions and mediocre food. If your from India, Pakistan or Bangladesh you will notice the food missing essential ingredients and spices.
The best part of this place is the location and atmosphere. I’m not sure the food is truly Afghan either.
