I drive through here almost every single morning. Danny knows my order so well that when I had to order delivery today and forgot to add a bagel, it was included anyway when it arrived! 😁 The food is good and feels more healthy then most places, the sip club saves me money and if we take my 2 year old daughter there when it’s quiet every employee we have interacted with has been very welcoming. Also the sourdough bread loaf is really good, it compares well to most bakeries.
I placed an order for dinner to pick up for my family and a lot of items were out of stock. When I got to the restaurant I’ve been told that only bread they have is the black pepper foccacia. As I was waiting another employee said that they are out of bread. I had to cancel my entire order. Not sure why Panera Bread would not have any bread?! They are out of stock with a lot of items. Bread, cookies, bagels and some ingredients for salad.
No hand sanitizing station. How in 2024 a leading restaurant chain doesn’t have a hand cleaning station is beyond me. Obviously they have the funds so why not? Maybe really don’t care much about their customers health even though proclaiming to be serving healthy meals.
Food was great and customer service was above and beyond! The manager checked in a few times and brought us boxes without asking.
I tried the new Chicken Bacon ranch sandwich and it was not good. I am not sure if it is this store or the sandwich just does not taste good. Rubbery chicken. They didn’t have the correct bread. The cashier was fine. Of course the prices have gone through the roof. 27 for a salad and a sandwich. It was not busy at around 5 pm on a Thursday.
