Horrible Drive-Thru Customer Service. Make you wait to order and when you do, tell you to wait again and can’t remember what you even order. By the time you make it up to the window to pick up, give you a Caramel Machiattio with milk n Carmel, no shots of espresso, a raw chicken sandwich, n a cookie that was dated 12-Dec-2023 see photo….Do better!!!
staff was extremely rude and rolled her eyes when she went to hand us the wrong order. charged us for more than what we wanted. also found a hair in my food so that’s wonderful
I don’t see the point of this store every time I visit home It is always closed for some reason. They open and close whenever they feel like it. Might as well close it. They always out of stock out of everything. This Starbucks owner most be rich and need to throw money away for free. Let me work for you I need free money too. 😄 …
Staff is great!! Lexi is always working so hard. She makes my coffee perfect every time. The best Starbucks!!
The two working today at 10am (one of which has their shirt on inside out) paid no mind to the online orders. I finally show up 15 minutes after placing the order and the two workers are greeting other people as they walk in. One of the two asked my name then made my drink while talking to other customers. Of course they forgot the syrup in my coffee. Workers are rude as hell. Last time I was at this location, one of them was cleaning the wall while 6 of us waited for online orders. Definitely not a normal Starbucks experience. Troy location is trash.
