It’s one of my favorite spots to stop on the way home from skiing. The food is so good. The real flavors if you know! Staff is always friendly and helpful. The lamb wrap is awesome!

I was very impressed with my experience at Ali Baba this past week. Although it has a large dining area there are many takeout orders that primarily serve as a large part of their business. The food was phenomenal. They gave huge portions for their prices. You can’t go wrong with the yogurt sauce and the pita bread. The Kebab is the best kept secret in my opinion. Can’t wait to go back.

Food was very good, service was mediocre. I called in a reservation, then they made me wait ~20 mins when they had open tables. Not sure what the reservation did.

For apps, we ordered the plate of 5 options with lavash bread. The baba ganoush and red pepper dip were excellent. The dolma were good but not amazing, hummus tasted like store bought mediocrity, and the tomato paste-based dip with nuts was good if you like that stuff.

For main course, we got iskender kebab, the meat dumpling type of dish, and a wrap, all of which were excellent.

For dessert we ordered the baklava. It wasn’t the crispiest as it had probably been sitting out all day, but it was still flavorful

Tried this Mediterranean restaurant and we just loved the place. Chicken was really fresh and tender, perfect taste as expected. Finally we ended with the dessert which everyone likes “Baklava”. Definitely a worth visiting food chain with friendly staff and service, chilling atmosphere.

We recently found out this little gem in Troy and have been a fan of this place since that day. From food to service everything is just top notch.

Do try their lavash bread with the garlic dip, shessh kebab and Adana Kebab.

Also, this is the only place in capital region which serves Kunafa. So don’t miss it!

    Highly recommended!
