On New Year’s Day we had a bad experience at the Oneida Denny’s so we went over to the Rome Denny’s where we were promptly seated and given menus and waited on. And it seemed not to take very long for us to get our food either. Our food was good & there was nothing wrong. I had the T-bone steak with red skin potatoes, vegetable medley and corn.
3 customers, including myself.. 3 waitresses, 1 hostess.. Service was not terrible, however, they seemed way more interested in standing behind the sit-down bar, tables or in kitchen chatting and carrying on amongst themselves.

The breakfast was delicious! Had the 55 and over breakfast it included scrambled egg and cheese sausage bacon and pancakes.😋
The service was so so could be better. The inside definitely needs to be updated and the bathrooms.
Went there for dinner it took for ever to get waited on to place are order. Then it took for ever to get are food. There was 3 women cook’s do not understand why it took so long. There was only a couple of tables in there with 2 people at them. So it’s not like they were packed. Then when we got are food my hash browns were not cooked all the way. They were cold. I ordered a omelette with sausage and got bacon. So not so happy with them probably not going back.
Clean Restaurant, Friendly servers despite being undermanned, and the bacon and eggs I ordered actually came out perfect. Honestly, one of the best Denny’s I’ve been to. Lisa was super kind and Johnny on the spot with everything in my order. I’ll probably be back!
Food is ALWAYS cold, barely cooked, and I’m always missing items. Please see picture of what’s supposed to be a mango smoothie….. Such a disgusting and horrible experience.
