1st time getting food from here. I got the beef and broccoli combo and my wife had the shrimp and string beans and an order of plain lo main. We also got an order of the fried chicken wings and an order of the Rangoon’s. Everything was great except for the Rangoon’s. They were mediocre at best. But the chicken wings were on point and out meals were really good.

Just got takeout from here. I got the general tso’s chicken and the wife got pan fried noodles. Except they were even edible…
The noodles were as hard as noodles out of a ramen pack. We thought that maybe it should be soaked in the vegetable broth (even though it’s pan fried) and after 10 minutes of soaking it was just doughy. Idk how these were cooked but pan fried noodles is so basic and should be impossible to mess up, but they did. Feel like we wasted money since this isn’t even edible.
Do not order from here. Staff is rude I ordered through uber eats everything came sealed but I was missing part of the order. After calling to let them know I was told by the person on the phone that it was packed by them and was in there, but it wasn’t. I was then told that there was no way the item was not in there and that I didn’t trust her but she didn’t trust me. I was completely dismissed she didnt even look around. Its probably still sitting there. After arguing for 5 minutes I knew it was going nowhere what happened to the customer is always right. Don’t waste your time with a store that doesn’t value their customers
Note that any reviews before June 2023 are of the previous owner. Great Wall has a new owner who truly cares about the business, the food, and the customers. Service is friendly, prices are reasonable in an expensive town, and the restaurant is clean with many visible improvements. Owner and employees work hard 6 days per week including all weekends, and the restaurant is busy every single time I go. Food is made from high quality ingredients, quantities are excellent, service is fast but not so fast that it compromises the food. It’s a hometown place where the owner will know you, and wave when you merely walk by on the sidewalk. Menu is expanding to bring new things like Boba drinks. If you want overpriced table service or cheap buffet Chinese food, then go find it, but neither will match the value, quality, caring, and overall consistently great experience of Great Wall.
Everyone is so nice, and everything I’ve had from there was amazing 🤩
