Out of town for work so just felt like ordering in to my hotel. I’m only staying 4 miles from the place. I call at 8:10pm. Called back at 9:15 and they said everything is out for delivery. Buffalo chicken finger Sub finally gets here and it’s cold and loaded with more lettuce than chicken. This place is a joke. Save your money. Please save your responses saying you apologize. That would mean as much as your service.
This place has horrible customer service l ordered a pizza for delivery. I live in a secure building so I asked that the driver call when he arrives. The employee took my number and repeated it back correctly. However she wrote down a digit incorrectly. An hour later I called back to learn that the pizza has been sitting in the lobby as the driver could not reach me. Clearly I am not eating a pizza that has been sitting in a lobby on the floor. The employee begins to argue with me and says that I gave her the wrong number. She then states “what do you want me to do about it” I tell her that I want a refund and because of her attitude I would not trust eating food from there at this point. The employee then told me not to call back up there saying that they would do something to the food. She then said I needed to put the pizza back in the lobby so that they could pick it up before I could get a refund. This place is rude and disrespectful.
Best place to go if you want chicken wings I ask for extra sauce they were very happy to do so i needed to come up with forty chicken wings belive it or not they were ready in 10 mins if you want the best pizza n wings the pies guys on oswego road is the best place to go they give you a familiar feeling of being a kid again on pizza night when your parents order pizza and also the forty wings were last minute and were cooked to perfection.

We have been ordering from here for 5 YEARS… And tonight will be the absolute last!! I don’t know what has changed in the past few months, but our past 7 orders have been incorrect in some form or another! (Sending wrong food, sending half of items ordered, food overcook, ect. and a RIDICULOUS amount of time to be delivered! 1 1/2 – 2 hours or more! Then obviously food is cold) My boyfriend refuses to order from anywhere else… For 5 years! Tonight… He said yeah… We are going back to Uncle Chubbie’s. And the girl who answers the phone… She is rude, gets something wrong every time so far, and when she has to correct it she gets more of an attitude and cuts you off when you try to apologize for the misunderstanding (asked for delivery and she repeated my address back to me and at the end of ordering she tells me a half hour pickup…?!?!) I try to call back because I haven’t bothered the past few times with whatever mistake and we have had it with this poor how ever you want to look at it, poor food, horrible customer service…everything and the phone is picked up and immediately hung up… Not once, not twice, THREE times! (Caller ID) so again the girl answering the phone… Needs to find a new job that she isn’t miserable doing. Something here has changed… New owner or manager… Something. And the change is going to drive this place into the ground.
My husband and I love going here. Will continue to go, but unfortunately tonight it was just a little disappointing! The pizza was like a grease puddle so the whole pizza was super soggy. Also, was extremely burnt on the bottom.
Again, I love this place. Great wings, great desserts and typically great pizza. Just this time was not impressed 😔
