Came here on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty lively and even bumped into a couple of familiar faces. My son, who is two and a half, enjoyed his burger and fries and said it was “so tasty.” I had the Rhode Island style wings which were a revelation – I had never heard of them before, and never knew I needed them. They were fantastic. The space looks great, very warm, very cozy, a little bit funky. Washed down the wings with some sort of cherry sour ale, absolutely delicious so kudos to whoever picked that out. Will certainly be going back. Service was spectacular as well, our waitress was very accommodating.
Few things live up to their expectations, but this is one of them that does. The main room and bar have been expanded, yet look like they have been there forever. The staff is excited, patrons are excited, and live music is back.
What more could be expected? 🙂
Ordered the Smash Burger after the server raved about it. It was disappointingly dry and tasteless but the fries were delicious and so was the cocktail. Not sure if I will eat there again. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is fun and clean. The band was setting up. Seems like more of a bar/music scene than a serious dining venue. But a burger, come on, they should have nailed it – especially as the menu is casual yet pricey.
Dinner, drinks, dessert 10/10. The wait staff is very friendly and welcoming. I live less than 5 minutes away, I could walk here. I’m so glad we gave this place a try. It will be our new weekly spot!
We were dying to come here and loved the atmosphere and had a drink in the bar area. Bar tender was friendly. Seems like they have a lot of live music. We sat down in the dining area which was nice except the air conditioning was leaking and splashing on my seat. But the most disappointing of all is that we sat there for 22 minutes and no one came to our table! We walked out which I hate doing but we had a show to catch and at this rate felt we would never get there. Waitress was nasty and blamed the hostess, meanwhile the place is small and wasn’t even crowded. She never bothered to take care of her section. Can’t properly rate this place but we were so disappointed with the service.
