I finally got to go for my birthday, been wanting to try beef wellington for the first time. I was thinking I hope it’s good?
I am so happy I tried it, it was the best thing I have ever eaten (57 years) combined with the French onion soup, a French martini and carrot cake to finish “BEST MEAL EVER”
highly recommend – will be back for sure as the service was top notch and atmosphere
    Unmatched!

We came to this restaurant for the first time and it was delicious! The atmosphere was perfect, dim, the decor was wonderful! We outed the eagle house burger and fried chicken sandwich. Both were spectacular.

A true classic. I’ve gone here many times, and never had had a bad experience. Right on Main Street in Williamsville..such a great atmosphere overall. Inside it’s very cozy, yet has a bit of an upscale feel to it. It’s always very busy, but they are very accommodating and friendly to their guests. To start we got the French onion soup, which has a little sweetness to it(love that) and as a special they had homemade shrimp egg rolls with a sweet chili dipping sauce. Both were absolutely delicious. I love that every week they have different specials to try, it keeps things exciting at a restaurant in my opinion. Another special feature this week, was the teriyaki crusted salmon. Amazing, it had this crust of black sesame seeds on it, as well as a sweet teriyaki glaze. For a side I got French fries, and it also came with a vegetable medley. My husband got the apple bourbon pork chop. From the bite I had, I found it super moist, and delicious. The glazed apples/bourbon mixture on top was a great addition too! The pork was very tender and seared perfectly. 🙌🏼 I also love that in the summer this restaurant has outdoor seating. Overall the service was great, and our server was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. Never a bad choice for dinner. 👏🏼

We stopped by the Eagle House coming from another appointment and we are so glad we stopped in! Have to say the food was so good! One of the best fish frys I’ve ever had. My husband had broiled fish and it was super tasty too. The french fries were flavored well and not too salty and the coleslaw was fresh made.
Our waitress was really nice and just a sweet person.
This place reminds me of an old English/Irish pub. I felt like I was in an Inspector Morse episode getting a pint with Lewis.
The building is an historic landmark and just really cool to sit inside and see all the old tables, wood floors and neat photographs on the walls. I just loved it!
Next time I will bring some family and friends to enjoy it too.
    Thank you:)

Absolutely perfect. This was an amazing experience. Host gave us a 30 min wait estimate. Got beers at the bar and after a drink, the table was ready, not even 10m after asking. Server was attentive but not intrusive. The Welsh Rarebit was delicious and interesting as a first-time trying the dish. The cord on blue was fantastic, and the mash potatoes were some of the best I’ve had at a restaurant. But the best of the best, the French onion soup. Easily my second favorite of all time. So good! Can’t recommend it enough.
