I guess I’m not a valued customer. I have been a customer since Crumbl opened. l ordered Crumbl cookies to be delivered as I often do. One of the cookies didn’t look like it baked properly. Crumbl is known for cookies that are tasty and esthetically pleasing. That’s what you pay for: beautiful cookies that taste good. They are an expensive treat. If I want imperfect cookies I can make them myself at home. Instead of simply offering to refund me for one cookie, the manager gives me a lesson on how cookies are made as if I don’t know and then tells me that if I close my eyes and don’t look at the cookie, it will still taste good. I would love to go to any restaurant and see if that same logic works with their food. What an incredibly disappointing response to a frequent customer’s complaint. We can take our loyal business elsewhere. Hopefully that cookie was worth losing a customer.
Try the crumble challenge and they was pretty good. Blueberry cheesecake was our favorite for this week. 😋
The inside is SUPER clean.
I will say, for as cute as they seem online, the experience was a bit impersonal. They have a little display with the cookies of the day available as you come in. You’re supposed to go in one of the lines on the right to a kiosk and order on the screen.
You have the order option of 1, 4, 6, etc. and then once you decide on the amount of cookies you would like it allows you to select the flavors.
The prices seem a bit high, but they are rather large cookies. I’d say 1/4th of the cookie is the portion of a normal cookie.
The chocolate chip is good but not amazing. Maybe it’s because we ate them later after they had cooled.
The birthday cake one was really good, but mostly because of the icing more than the cookie itself.
It’s better than store bought cookies.
I would recommend trying because I think it’s probably a personal preference thing. I have plenty of friends that are in love with the cookies.
I love cookies and this place has made me addicted to them. Might go to rehab. Hope I don’t get diabetes.
