Cheapest gas = longest lines. Very strange how the pumps and lanes are set up. If your tank is on the left (like most cars in this area) and you follow directional lane arrows, you must use right hand lanes only or pull the gas handle across your car. But, still, they are almost always significantly cheaper than everywhere else. Membership to Sam’s required to use pumps. Cash not accepted.
Worst Sams club. I often have oversized items and need help getting them into my truck. I have never once had them respond with help. They never answer the phone. Nobody seems to know what is going on in this club. I’ve been to many Sam’s across the country. Worst one by far.
Love their scan and go option. Great selection and prices. The staff has always been polite and helpful. I had one gentleman direct me to an item and he made sure I found it.
There’s also a gentleman who works at the food court who goes and beyond every time. I was constantly told there were no pizza pretzels, but he never told me that. Instead he told me it would be a wait and I was always willing to wait. I wish I got his name because he has made my day multiple times. He knows how to cook the perfect pizza pretzel.
The ladies at the pharmacy are so kind, patient, and helpful. My fiancé and I ended up switching all our medications to Sam’s.
Good place to get bulk items. Did notice that they have changed their croissants which used to be a bit larger than what we saw. Very apparent yet cost the same.
Called all day trying to get an answer for the bakery. Nobody would answer the phone so hours later after trying again I called customer service. I was told they would try to get someone on the phone for me. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes they hung up on me. I’ll never be using their bakery again!
