5 Reviews on “Lowcountry Fresh Market & Cafe”
Me and my coworkers had a celebration dinner here 2/7/24. The area is newly developed and upon end it looks like a fresh market. The store was very clean and I could tell the deli items were made from scratch.
The store had unique food items to purchase the all looked tasty. The surprising part is that off to the side its a dining room and they serve you dinner meals. I ordered the brisket dinner. It came with rice, cauliflower & broccolini.
The salad was an eye catcher. It was decorated interesting and the dressing was light & fresh. The bread was soft and tasted great with a hint of sweetness to it which complimented the dipping sauce that came with it.
The brisket was lightly based in a semisweet BBQ sauce. It was super tender and highly flavorful. The portion size was plentiful and the veggies were very tasty. Lastly the carrot cake I had was 4 tier and it was the best I’ve tasted. It was soft indulging and satisfying. My coworkers all loved the desserts. The server was on point with everything she was very attentive and thoughtful. I would recommend this fresh market store with a private dining room with the understanding that the dining area is not that big.
Our team had a great private celebration there and the food was Amazing!!! Leah and the staff were so attentive! We will be back for sure!! Side note: Cheesecake was so delicious best I have ever had!!
Beautiful store and amazing produce selection. Lots of house made sides and dips, I am addicted to the eggplant spread. Cute items from local artists also. Took off one star bc their bakery items I’ve tried have all been very dense and dry. And they are on the pricey side.
I truely enjoyed this store, coffee and fresh muffin. It is nicely done and the produce and different ideas for gifts are amazing. I came here in early morning. It was calming and a good spot to do a little work before another appointment in Bluffton.
We were thrilled to find out that this market carried raw milk that we could stock up on during our stay in Hilton Head! We enjoyed breakfast there one morning and it was delicious! The ladies who took care of us were very helpful and kind. I do have to agree with these other reviews that prices are really expensive which kept us from coming back another day for breakfast. I realize nicer quality things (raw milk!) are more expensive but some prices just seemed silly. Overall, I hope they succeed and I hope they get to a place where they can bring prices down a bit so they can expand their market.
