    Large iced white chocolate signature latte comes with whipped cream and all the extras on top. Why did I pay $6 for a signature iced coffee and get a regular iced coffee? It also tastes very bitter and flavorless unlike it does at other locations. Not sure what’s going on there but I won’t be back. Super disappointed….

    This was the most disrespectful discourteous service I have every received. The girl making food had 3 inch nails and wore no gloves! Imagine the cross contamination and worst mishandling of food I have ever seen!

    It was 9am on Saturday the 23rd, I placed my order in the app ahead of time, my card was charged. I ordered a few sandwiches, coffees and donuts for our road trip for the day. We go to the store about 9:20. There was no order. I showed the girl handling the drive thru she confirmed on my screen the correct shop and the order was placed and charged but our order “was not on the screen”. The young gentlemen behind the counter said I can get your coffees and donuts but not your sandwiches. We went to the counter gave the young men the coffee order and requested our two donuts. I thanked them graciously and went to the sandwich counter to wait for our sandwiches. After about five minutes I asked Miss Nails if she was making our sandwiches. She informed me I can’t they aren’t on the screen. I said to her that the other lady at drive thru confirmed our order and the payment, what’s the issue. She said I can’t take this then disappeared to the back. After a couple of minutes she came back and approached me asking to see the order on my phone. I went to open the app and said I don’t know what the issue is the order was confirmed by the boys up front and the drive thru girl confirmed order and payment so I don’t see what the problem is. She saw the order on the app. Miss Nails smirked as I went to pull up the order and it was gone from my phone. At that moment she got very defensive and the boys at the counter quickly backed her up. I turned to her stating the $10 loss was not worth sitting there arguing so we turned and left.

    I will never return there no matter how much I want my dunkin I’ll go out of my way to avoid those nasty rude disrespectful bunch of employees. No more than children. I have never been so offended in my life.

    There should really be an option for zero stars! This location is extremely rude and unhelpful. They don’t read the order names! Gave me half of my order and half of someone else’s. When I went in to have it corrected they said they were out. Didn’t bother to try and replace the missing item or help fix the problem at all. Basically said you have to do it on the app…good luck. Did not say another word to me. When I got back to the office the bagel wasn’t even cooked all the way. Corporate got a phone call.

    Service is hit and miss with this location. 1 day everything may go as planned, the next time, service is terrible. Went by this location twice in the past two days on my way to work to pick up my morning coffee. Ordered ahead both days for walk in pick up. Both days got there around 7am or after 7am and they have the lobby doors locked and made me go through the drive through even though the posted store hours for walk in are 6am-7pm. Both times there were at least 2 to 3 workers in the restaurant so I know it wasn’t because they were in there alone which I would understand. Wouldn’t even have gone by if I knew I was going to have to sit in line in the drive through, kind of defeats the purpose of order ahead no wait. Asked to speak to a Manager, and Manager told me the lobby doesn’t open until 7:30am, so either the Manager has changed the hours or the website hours are wrong.

    Every time I give this location another chance, I regret it. Pulled up to the drive thru, no sign or indication menu was down as they had the prior order up for the most recent customer. Lady came over speaker and I let her know I needed to see the menu. She immediately said “you’re gonna have to come inside.” No explanation. Ma’am I’m in a drive thru with people behind me and in front of me that I cannot exit… I then told her I could not see the menu. With an attitude she responded “I’ve already been told 5-6 times.” And I said okay well I didn’t know…. You could have let me know and she said “I didn’t know.” Didn’t you just say you were told 5-6 times? Proper customer service is as simple as leading with “hey our menu is down, we may need for you to come inside if the menu is needed.” Or placing a sign for customers to know if you’ve already been told about the issue several times.. The attitude was completely unfriendly and uncalled for. Worst of all she proceeded to talk poorly about me to the customer behind me over the loud speaker…. Miss ma’am, who trained you? Or didn’t? This is about my 4-5th interaction with this dunkin like this in the past few years. Hadn’t been here in over a year because of it but it’s right by my house so it sucks going well out of your way to find the next nearest due to lack of common sense or decency. Do better. This location needs a whole new staff.
