I ordered catering from Baguette Magic for a small baby shower I hosted. I am not local to Charleston so I hadn’t heard of Baguette Magic before. From the beginning of the process Audrey was quick to respond and so helpful in offering guidance for my order. Knowing I’d be flying in from out of town she was even able to have the quiches thawed for me upon pickup. All of the pastries, salad, and quiches that I ordered were delicious and just right for my event!

Shout out to Sam, Kate, Santos & the kitchen. I have Harriet’s on my Nashville Chill list, places to pop in when solo. They did not disappoint. It was super busy on a Sunday midday. The staff did an excellent job managing all the orders, large groups etc.

I enjoyed a BEC (sub salmon), a couple hamantaschen, and a honey lavender oat milk latte and grabbed a cookie box and matzo ball soup to go. Everything was delicious and I highly recommend any thing.

Tip: get there early because they run out of pastries and bagels. Get a flavored coffee they make their own syrups on-site.

Love this spot… Frequented the JI location when able and this location opened near us. As cliche as it sounds “everything” here is excellent. We have tried most of their breakfast sandwiches and avocado toast. All are great. However out go to favorites is the BEC (we get one on a baguette and one on a crossaint). Then to round out the savory, we get a homemade strawberry pop tart and a smores pop tart… Finish with some quality coffee, pure bliss.. They have a lot of tasty take and bake options as well. Super nice staff, a must stop in Charleston!

So happy to have this shop in West Ashley. Their baguettes in croissants are such a treat and not that I’m an expert, but seem true to European standards, if not better than my memories. As expected at the end of the the day they were out of most pastries, so I grabbed a coffee cake and simple egg & cheese on baguette. My 2 yr old was getting fussy, so as was going to tell him I have to go to the car, the kind cook read my mind. He offered to bring it to me. Simplicity made heavenly. I haven’t tried the coffee cake yet bc my daughter hasn’t let me have a bite. Lol looks delicious tho!

Good coffee and pastries, the bread is fresh and the breakfast sandwiches are really good.
    Good and friendly people.
This is not a dine-in place, is mostly a to buy order and go, but the service is super fast.
