Love love that they have a sample cookie bar with an option to taste before you buy.
However, allowing non service dogs in the store and them jumping up to get a cookie on the cookie bar is not acceptable. We actually left one location and went to the other one. The worker encouraged the owner by engaging in dog chit chat and by petting it – we didn’t stick around to see if she washed her hands. Service dogs … true service dogs are trained to not jump allover the place. We actually see the same owner and dog out somewhere else and it was jumping around there too. That’s not how they are trained to act. Henry the dog is a fake service dog.
We proceeded to the other cookie store as they have two on the same strip. We tasted and purchased a couple types of cookies. One was the pumpkin one and the other was a salted caramel. They were nothing spectacular but a nice treat.

There are a good variety of flavors for either thicker or thinner small cookies! The staff is very friendly and eager to give out as many free samples as you want, which is also amazing 🙂
The packaging for the boxes is sooo cute and you can mix and match multiple cookie options in one box if you’re indecisive like me- great for snacking with a group of friends! 🍪
A definite stop located in the Market Street shopping area outside. The store is appropriate named ” Famous Cookies”. Plenty of choices and options that were very well explained by store keeper. We purchased two good sized bags of cookies ( 1- salted caramel and 1 almond). They were reasonable priced at $9.95 each. We also were given a cute bag labelled baking memories. Highly recommend this store.
This is a really cool cookie store they have all kinds of options and free samples. When we went in, the lady was very friendly and offered to let us try us some samples. Immediately I found the ones we liked and they even gave us a discount if we bought more than three bags. Love the different style of the store and all the different flavors that they offered, and I also like the history behind it. I look forward to shopping here again
These cookies are some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. We were in town for 5 days and went at least once a day. Not only were the cookies good, the staff were wonderful as well. Paris was amazing, he gave us great samples/cookie recommendations and also recommended some of the best restaurants we experienced while we were here. While you’re in town, this cookie place is a must stop!
