Great selection. Clean, organized store. Friendly staff.
The produce is well maintained and there are a number of pre-made meal options as well. Nice having a Starbucks on site as well.
There is a cashier, Jack, who is very friendly, and deserves recognition for his great customer service skills..
Always clean and friendly service! The pick up option is a lifesaver and I’m so thankful that they offer it. Kudos to all the personal shoppers that help make ordering and pick up a breeze, you all deserve a raise! Everyone is so kind. Whether in store or online ordering. Also, the Starbucks in the store is wonderful…there are two younger baristas in particular that are just great, they make my day any time I go there with their wonderful personalities and customer service skills, and they KNOW how to make quality drinks! Thank you to this store for an all around great place to shop!
Had a very unpleasant experience with the female worker with brown hair and glasses working the self check out lane on 5/18/2024 at 1:59 pm. She was very rude and does not exemplify Harris Teeter culture of delivering excellent customer service. Since the customer service manager is out until next week I will file a complaint with corporate monday morning. My friend was resting his basket on scale of the other self check out lane behind us. No one was behind us or in line he was simply resting it there momentarily while I was scanning items. She came up to him and rudely told him to move his basket and then a customer overweight bald head white guy with glasses said “I hate when these people do that, these people think they own the lane” my friend who is black perceived this as a racially motivated statement and your nasty worker said in response to the customer “I know right.” Unacceptable. Racism is alive and well at this harris teeter.
I was standing in line and I was approached aggressively by a brown hair, tall skinny white women with glasses who works for Harris Teeter at the self check out lane she needs to find another job if she hates her job so much because she treats her customers very poorly. I will be filing a complaint with corporate office. The people who work at the customer service desk are incompetent and incapable of delivering good service as well.
Harris Teeter is one of my favorite places to shop for groceries! The produce is always fresh and the store is always clean and organized.
