My husband and I stopped here to pick up a few things. We decided to go ahead and get something from the deli for dinner. We asked about the meatball sub and were told we would need to wait for 25 minutes. Seriously why is it on your menu if it is not in stock? We decided that even though we haven’t had good luck in the past with their chicken we would purchase an 8 piece mixed box. HUGE mistake. I don’t think it was cooked all the way and they definitely did not let the grease drain off. It was very greasy and frankly inedible. I would like to know how people still think that Publix has the best fried chicken??? They definitely DO NOT!!!!! No problem with the store itself just the deli hence the 1 star.
Exceptional Kosher & Jewish foods. Bakery “Breakfast Bread” can’t be beat. Nutritious, delicious, filling, and affordable. Service with a smile, which is now rare. Subs are the best!! Love that I can order ahead. Cakes are simply great. Works of art but so affordable.
It’s a nice store. The aisles are wide enough, the selection is good. The pharmacy is efficient, the staff are friendly. I’m used to a bit brighter lights, but then again it was a rainy day. If it were closer to my house I would go there often.
Great customer service from Morgan and her coworker. Clean atmosphere. No problem with returns or exchanges. I did have my receipt though. The line was a little long at first but a young gentleman came over to help out. It went quick.
We are from Connecticut, no Publix markets. We discovered Publix in Key West. One of the nicest grocery stores we have been in. Clean, we’ll organized and easy to find what you are looking for. I think the sandwiches made to order in their deli are some of the best I’ve eaten and we have some great delis in the northeast. These are far better than the chain shops like Subway, Jimmy John’s and Firehouse subs.
